Shipping policy

Shipping rates are set as a flat rate dependent on weight/size. Some items cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Please be aware of this before submitting your shipping address. 

We try our best to get all items on their way within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been shipped.  

Pick-Up:

Free: pick-up is from our Tent Installation Facility on Westshore Parkway.

Shipping Within Greater Victoria

Free: This includes: Victoria, Langford, Saanich, Sidney, Sooke and Duncan.

Shipping Within Canada:

Flat rates are as follows:

0.0 kg – 1.499 kg : $15.00
1.5 kg – 2.999 kg : $20.00
3.0 kg – 4.999 kg : $45.00
5.0 kg – 9.999 kg : $85.00
10.0 kg – 24.999 kg : $100.00
25.0 kg – 34.999 kg : $165.00
45.0 kg – 59.999 kg : $200.00
60.0 kg – 74.999 kg : $225.00
75.0 kg – 84.999 kg : $250.00
85.0 kg – 100.0 kg : $300.00

Please be aware, that due to the size and weight of some of our orders, shipping some products to may be substantially more expensive than the flat rates quoted. If this is the case, we will contact you with options, and give you the option to cancel your order, or pay the difference. 

Shipping Outside Canada

If you would like to order outside of Canada, please contact us, and we will calculate shipping.
